"Exposure of the entire body to sun and air baths is a splendid health measure. Exercise, gymnastics, and games in the nude are especially beneficial. We believe that the general public should be educated to the fact that nudism is not a cult, but a natural way of living. It is the purpose of this periodical to help organize and protect those who already believe in the naturist way of living, as well as to try and help others to realize what a fine and sane thing it is. It is also our purpose to endeavour to eventually persuade local authorities to supply facilities so that the full benefit of our regime can be realized."
